I am tremendously humbled and grateful for the love being shown to our family. It has been a very hard few years with more disasters than I can even keep track of, and I will admit that I had been losing hope. We have a long road ahead of us in our financial recovery, but CBN and Helping the Home Front have taken a tremendous burden off our plate and I know that we are going to be OK. God usually works in small ways that we don't often see, and thus I feel immeasurably blessed have the opportunity to see him move so mightily. Thank you is such an inadequate word, but is all our language has to offer. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Lieutenant Colonel Mark has served 21 years in the Marine Corps. He is currently stationed in Norther Virginia with his wife Traci and daughter. Recently the family suffered a tragedy when Mark’s sister died. She was a single mom, leaving behind 5-year-old Evan.
They soon felt God was leading them to adopt their nephew. Their adoption was approved but it took a toll on the family budget. The adoption fees were several thousand dollars. Also, they spent several thousand more to travel from Virginia to Florida and lived in a hotel for the duration of the time they were waiting to adopt.
Helping the Home Front (HHF) partnered with their church in Northern Virginia to bring much financial assistance to this military family. HHF paid for all the adoption fees! Plus, we reimbursed the couple the expenses they incurred while in Florida. Evan is now happily adjusting to his new life with his new family.
Traci says, “THANK YOU! This is such a tremendous blessing for our family! Our family is so overwhelmed by Helping the Home Front’s generosity. There really are no words enough to express our feelings other than PRAISE THE LORD.” ... See MoreSee Less
