When Army soldier James was injured in a helicopter accident during the Gulf War, he lost his leg and the use of his arm. In 2018, Helping the Home Front teamed up with Operation Finally Home to build James and Stephanie a mortgage free, ADA compatible home. Recently, Helping the Home Front Project Manager Dory Nissen had the opportunity to visit the Poggi family and catch up! There is a new addition to the family! Helping the Home Front is so honored to be a part of building the custom-made home for this deserving wounded veteran and his family.
